THE ORDERING PROCESS

CHOICES:
1. By Internet- Use the online "shopping cart" order system to send your details immediately via the WWW. 

How to Shop using our SECURE Online Store:

• You may add as many product items as you wish to your shopping cart.

• For each product item you wish to purchase just make your selection from the menus 
   eg;
    - Select Product Size
    - Select Colour (If shown)
    - Select Quantity.
    - Click on the "Add to Your Shopping Cart" button.

You can continue ordering other items, or go direct to  "Checkout". You can always delete items from the "Shopping Cart" , change quantities if you wish and have the ability to calculate a shipping price.
At the checkout you can pay by clicking on the 'Paypal Express' checkout button or proceed to pay by Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, & Diners Club.
Australian customers only:  GST of 10% will be added to the final cost including shipping by the Shopping cart at checkout.

All purchases will be made on a SECURE SERVER, if your browser supports secure transactions.

EXCHANGE RATES
The shopping cart system has the ablity to show product costs in a number of world currencies in real time and can be changed useing the currency box on the right of screen. Conversion this will vary slightly according to the rate of exchange on the day the transaction is processed. How do I sign up for PayPal?

SHIPPING
Orders will  only be shipped to a normal street address. We will not normally ship to a Post Office Box unless the street address of the purchaser is also disclosed.

Within Australia.
1. Australia Post-Regular Mail
Standard delivery next day to metro area within the same city, and 2-4 days to country and other interstate city areas.

2. Australia Post-Express Post
Express Post will deliver your prepaid envelope, parcel or satchel the next business day within the Express Post domestic metropolitan network. Country or remote areas will take additional time ...usually an extra day.

FREE POSTAGE -Limited offer until end December 2008
Delivery with-in AUSTRALIA by regular mail IS FREE Up to 2Kg. Thereafter the cost is limited to $11 AUD  inc GST .

International orders will be dispatched either by:-

1. ECI International Courier
The quickest (but most expensive). Delivery to most parts of the world with typical delivery 2-4 working days to major cities (add time on if the address is out side the metro area of major cities or in isolated areas)
Provides tracking for most world destinations.
Not a good economic choice for light weight lower value products unless speed is a high priority.

2. Australia Post Airmail
A good value economical service for international delivery. Can take anywhere from 3 -10 working days to major cities (add time on if the address is out side the metro area of major cities or in isolated areas).
(It's also wise to allow extra time however during peak holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter)
No tracking is provided

Please Note: Where possible all goods with a value exceeding $100AUD shipped to international destinations will be automatically insured or registered for your protection.
