TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Supply of goods

• All items supplied are new goods.
•  The shopping cart system has the ablity to show product costs in a number of world currencies in real time and can be changed useing the currency box on the right of screen. Conversion will vary slightly according to the rate of exchange on the day the transaction is processed. We have a link to a third party currency converter on our Ordering Information  Page which will provide you an up to date approximate in your own currency
• The Australian GST is NOT applicable to International customers.
• All items on this site have been provided in good faith, on the understanding that the goods described will be made available to us at the time of sale. Failure by a supplier to deliver in accordance with our orders, or at all, may result in some lines being unavailable. 
• While every attempt has been made to reproduce the colour of all items, some variations may occur, due to scanning processes, and monitor resolution.
• We endeavour to send goods as quickly as humanly possible. Goods will normally be sent within 2-3 working days  however any delay beyond this will be advised by email where possible.
• Australiana Design is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by countries other than Australia in respect to delivery of international orders.
• Australian customers only:  GST of 10% will be added to the final cost of each item inc the freight cost by the Shopping cart at checkout..

Order Acceptance

• Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
• We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
• If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Shipping

• Orders will  only be shipped to a normal street address. We will not normally ship to a Post Office Box unless the street address of the purchaser is also disclosed.
•  All orders will be shipped through Australia Post  who also manage and administer the ECI Courier shipping   We have found their service to be reliable, efficient and excellent value.
• Shipment within Australia is by Regular Parcel Post  or Express post
• Shipping costs are shown when finalizing your purchase and are based on the total weight and size of your order. 

Returns Policy

• Provided the goods are not a custom made item,  returns are gladly accepted for  replacement, or refund of the amount of the product, but not the delivery cost in either direction. The merchandise can only be accepted for an exchange or a refund if all tags and labels are in tact and the merchandise has not been washed or worn (health regulations prohibit us from accepting worn garments) and is in "as new" condition. The decision whether to  refund or replace is at the discretion of Australiana Design.

• If the goods are faulty, or are incorrectly supplied, the goods may be returned for a refund or exchange and Australiana Design will bear the full cost of the merchandise (if a refund is applicable) plus the cost of freight to return the goods to us and to supply replacement goods. The decision whether to refund or replace is at the discretion of Australiana Design and payment for return freight is on the basis of Australia Post Airmail (international) or Australia Post regular post (within Australia).

• Authorization to return merchandise must have the prior approval of Australiana Design and must be obtained within a reasonable time period following sale.
