Returns Policy
Provided the goods are not a custom made item, returns are gladly accepted for replacement, or refund of the amount of the product, but not the delivery cost in either direction. The merchandise can only be accepted for an exchange or a refund if all tags and labels are in tact and the merchandise has not been washed or worn (health regulations prohibit us from accepting worn garments) and is in "as new" condition. The decision whether to refund or replace is at the discretion of Australiana Design.
If the goods are faulty, or are incorrectly supplied, the goods may be returned for a refund or exchange and Australiana Design will bear the full cost of the merchandise (if a refund is applicable) plus the cost of freight to return the goods to us and to supply replacement goods. The decision whether to refund or replace is at the discretion of Australiana Design and payment for return freight is on the basis of Australia Post Airmail (international) or Australia Post regular post (within Australia).
Authorization to return merchandise must have the prior approval of Australiana Design and must be obtained within a reasonable time period following sale.
