THE ORDERING PROCESS

BY INTERNET - Use the online "shopping cart" order system to send your details immediately via the WWW.

How to Shop using our SECURE Online Store:

You may add as many product items as you wish to your shopping cart.

For each product item you wish to purchase just make your selection from the menus
eg;
- Select Product Size
- Select Colour (If shown)
- Select Quantity.
- Click on the "Add to Your Shopping Cart" button.

From " The Shopping Cart" page you can then return to the product pages to continue ordering other items, or go direct to "Checkout". You can always delete items from the "Shopping Cart" and also change quantities if you wish. All purchases will be made on a SECURE SERVER, if your browser supports secure transactions.

DELIVERY DETAILS & HANDLING COSTS

Delivery with-in AUSTRALIA IS FREE Up to 2Kg. Thereafter the cost is limited to $11 AUD inc GST

International orders will be dispatched either by:-

1. EMS INTERNATIONAL COURIER (insured)-
The quickest. Delivery to most parts of the world with typical delivery to USA about 4-5 working days.
* Where available the insurance fee is $5.50 AUD, plus $2 per $100 or part thereof. This fee is additional to the postage rates shown below and calculated by the shopping cart. eg; For insurance to cover a value of $149 the cost would be $9.50 AUD

2. AIRMAIL (insured)-
An economical service for international delivery. Can take anywhere from 7 days to 2 weeks. Typical time to the USA is 7-10 days. (please allow extra time however during holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter)
